The JOIN Voicemail app is available for all JOIN customers who have Voicemail service added to their mobile subscription.

Faster, more convenient and simpler:
No need any more to dial in to your voicemail box to listen to your messages. Voice messages are automatically downloaded to your phone using WiFi or mobile data connection. You will be able to access your voice messages very easily, by a simple click, just as being in your email inbox: you can choose the message you want to listen to, re-listen to it as often as you want, delete it, call back the person who left you a message or forward by email.

The JOIN Voicemail app allows you to activate the « Wifi only» mode, in case you don’t want to use a mobile data connection.
The mobile app allows you to very easily record your welcome message, create and change your password needed when calling your voicemail from another phone, change the language of your voicemail menu heard by the person who is calling you, and activate and deactivate additional services like automatic forwarding to email and Missed Call Alert.

The app is using WiFi or mobile data connection to download the messages to your phone. Usage over mobile data connection will be deducted from the data volume included in your data package. If you do not have a data package, you will be billed according to your data tariff plan.
